ANULON 142 Laminated Sheets - with special additive is a ANULON 142 sheet with added properties which give out a solid lubricant for added strength and to enhance their thermal conductivity for heat dissipation. Under certain conditions, this material has improved wear properties. Material is semi-conductive to electricity and should not be used where the application would be detrimental.
ANULON 142 of the current type use of the special additive as dry lubricant, anti-seizure property and it helps to improve the thermal conductivity and heat resisting capacity. This ANULON 142 laminate with special additive has a lower friction coefficient achieved through the graphite additives in the resin, providing a smooth tread.
ANULON 142 Laminated Sheets with special additive are also heat treated to reduce dimensional changes as it ages. This special grade sheets are easy to machine and operate with less noise than metal. Applications include a variety of parts subject to wear.
